Master chef of the decade: Franz Raneburger is the former owner of the legendary restaurant "Bamberger Reiter" in Berlin, which earned three chef's hats from Gault-Millau and a Michelin star. In 2006 Franz Raneburger was named Berlin's master chef of the decade. He has been working for Edelweiß Catering as a consultant since 2009.
