Kolja Kleeberg
Kolja Kleeberg is considered the founder of a new home-style cuisine. The three-time Berlin master chef calls his cooking style "Berlin Cuisine" with a wink, allowing him the greatest freedom in realising his unusual creations.
Known from radio and television, the chef is the owner of the renowned star-rated restaurant "VAU", which is listed in Gault-Millau with 17 points.
