Matthias Buchholz
Until the year 2010, Matthias Buchholz was cooking as head chef at the famous gourmet restaurant FIRST FLOOR, which regularly earned a Michelin star.
In the meantime he has his own restaurant "Buchholz Gutshof Britz" where he is once again the head chef.
